Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosé di Rosa is by definition « the Milazzo’s semi sparkling». It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of Charmat ‘corto - short’. The short second fermentation in bulk tanks enhances the perfumes in the glass and the over all smoothiness.
From late Zibibbo grapes with slow fermentation, slightly sparkling and with the aromatic freshness typical of the vine.
With a light perlage and a delicate and pleasant taste.
