An excellent after-meal grappa obtained from the pomace of zibibbo grapes used for the production of Passito Ben Ryé with distillation in a bain-marie discontinuous still.

At sight it has an ancient gold color with extreme clarity, the citrus note is pleasant and opens up in a thousand facets of fresh and candied fruit that blend with a delicate vanilla scent.
