From sunny and breezy vineyards in the Suor Marchesa estate, where the grapes ripen in the late September sun, Passo delle Mule is born, enveloping 100% Nero d'Avola, with an intense and deep ruby red color.

With an enveloping, fruity scent of marasca cherry and raspberry, with a pleasantly balanced complex of spices and vanilla, a rich, full and velvety red wine, with great structure and aromatic persistence.

Try it in combination with Potato crusted grouper on aubergine cream.
