This Sicilian red wine comes from Nero d'Avola grapes grown in the hills of Tenuta Regaleali, the historic Tasca d'Almerita estate.
These Nero d'Avola grapes stand out from all the others for their aromas, which can be felt immediately in the glass, and for their maturation, which is never too excessive.
It is a full-bodied wine, with good aromatic intensity given to it by the type of processing, i.e. by the passage in different oak barriques of various years.

A modern interpretation of Fruttato grapes, a very ancient vine
This Sicilian wine is a modern interpretation of an ancient native grape variety: Frappato.
Its grapes grow in the Firriato winery, on the Baglio Soria estate, and are predominantly dark and purple grapes, which give the wine a fruity hint of peel and seeds.
It is in fact a wine that expresses itself through a fruity bouquet, with some hints of spices, black pepper, liquorice and cloves.
On the palate it is broad, complex and enveloping with notes of blood orange.
