Principe G Organic White Wine 2019 - Az. Agr. Spadafora
This is a fresh, elegant wine, with a superior structure than that of the Don Pietro white in the Don Pietro range. We produce 7,000 bottles of it.
The wine is made from 100% Grillo grapes and the grapes used are different than those for the Don Pietro white Grillo.
A fresh and fruity Grillo with a young twist.
Brilliant straw yellow, on the nose SurSur offers a fresh bouquet with notes of white fleshed fruit (peach and plum) combined with scents of wildflowers. A soft palate, the fruity notes return combined with pleasant freshness.

From the Gelso Grande estate, the heart of the “Feudi Branciforti dei Bordonaro” production, a pure Grillo with a refined freshness and a good persistence of taste. Soft and elegant, it goes well with fresh cheese dishes or risotto with shellfish.

Rocca d'Orcia Village DOC Podere Forte, born only from Sangiovese grapes, the result of the skilful work of the renowned Tuscan winery Podere Forte.
It has a bright ruby red color, faded on the edges. Royal aromatic intertwining in a nose reminiscent of aromas of cocoa and black cherry juice, wild berries and noble vegetal sensations, edged with eucalyptus and blond tobacco. Silky mouth, soft throughout, with very sweet tannins and a light sapid topstitching in the rich finish. Non-stop persistence outlined by tones of aromatic herbs and orange peel.

Passiperduti di Donna fugata comes from 100% Grillo grapes, which give life to a wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
Full and deep still white wine, with floral notes of lavender and broom. The bouquet is enriched with citrus scents and finally recalls the flint. On the palate it has good structure and is sapid, mineral and persistent.
Donnafugata white wine to combine with refined appetizers, raw fish and shellfish, vegetarian dishes and white meats.

With a deep straw yellow color with golden reflections, Paolo Calì's Grillo Blues has a floral bouquet with marked citrus and spicy notes typical of the grape. In the mouth it is elegant, savory with a long and refreshing finish.
To combine with fish, shellfish and fried dishes. Also suitable for pairing with slightly seasoned cheeses or vegetables.

Cantina Florio has always been synonymous with great Marsalas. Vecchio Florio is a Marsala Superiore, the result of a blend of Grillo and Cataratto grapes which refine for 30 months in ancient oak barrels.
Its particularity comes from the harvesting of the grapes, which takes place at very advanced maturation, thus giving this Sicilian wine hints of raisins, bitter almonds, spices and vanilla, typical hints of Marsala.
