This Sicilian white wine from the Duca di Salaparuta winery belongs to the new series of Sicilian wines "Autentici di Sicilia" and fascinates thanks to its bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
A fresh, summery wine with an intense aroma where notes of mango and papaya stand out, which return to the palate with an extraordinary freshness. Correct management of the harvest periods and careful work in the cellar allow the refined nuances of this vine to be found in the glass.
Excellent when paired with fish, mollusc or crustacean dishes, but also excellent alongside first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.

Produced from pure Chardonnay grapes grown on the land of Santa Ninfa in the Trapani area, the Montalto white Cucunci is a lively and balanced wine, sparkling, aromatic and pleasant, with a fresh acidity and aroma of yellow fruits and green apple.
Vinified with the Martinotti method, it is an aromatic and seductive sparkling wine, ideal to accompany appetizers or aperitifs, grilled fish or tartare, marinated anchovies.
A brilliant straw yellow, that offers a fragrant bouquet with notes of tropical fruit (pineapple) and white peach, combined with floral scents. In the mouth it amazes with its intense sapidity combined with a pleasant vein of acidity.
From Chardonnay grapes, a fresh and elegant wine, balanced, savory and with a very fine taste.

The passivent method involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of the ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.

A very pleasant and light bubble. Vinified with the Martinotti method, with a straw yellow color with greenish tones, this Brut Premiere Cuvée sparkling wine has an optimal fine perlage.
On the nose the aromas of the Cuvée express the pleasant citrus scents of the grape; grapefruit and green lemon give the taster a priceless freshness. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced.
Perfect as an aperitif or to round off the meal with a toast!
