Pantelleria Passito Wine - Menhir 2020 - Martinez
Menhir is a liqueur wine, with a small addition of alcohol, child of the island of Pantelleria. It comes from the Zibibbo grape variety which contains everything that this splendid island has: sunshine, volcanic soil, and warm African winds.
Great dessert wine.
Oltrecento is a sweet Marsala Superiore from Cantina Florio, with an amber color and bright hues, tanned with the addition of mistella, cooked must and wine distillate, aged for 24 months in oak barrels and aged for another 2 in the bottle
The hints of raisins and vanilla anticipate a warm and round taste on the palate, with a harmonious background of dried fruit and raisins.
Perfect to accompany pastry and chocolate, try it with dried fruit.

It is a Malvasia delle Lipari that was born in Salina, in the Capofaro estate of the historic Tasca d'Almerita winery, it is a type of very fresh and very aromatic dry white wine.
At sight it has a straw yellow color, while on the nose it opens with a very intense bouquet, with floral, citrus and dried fruit aromas.
On the palate it is very soft and balanced, where floral and aromatic herbal notes are evident.
