From 100% Catarratto grapes, a white wine, with a typical straw yellow color with golden reflections. Rich in spicy and fruity aromas with good persistence and an excellent aromatic nuance, with an unmistakably Mediterranean character.
Truscè Brut Sparkling Wine
From a Catarratto and Chardonnay grapes, bright color and fine and pleasant perlage. The nose is fine and elegant with floral hints of acacia and orange blossom flowers. In the mouth it is dry, and pleasantly savory and fresh.

The passivent method involves the partial drying of the grapes directly in the vineyard, which is then completed in the fruit cellar, where the skilful control of the ventilation helps the grapes to reach the ideal level of dehydration before pressing.
Produced with a blend of Grecanico, Catarratto and Chardonnay grapes in the lands of Santa Ninfa in the Trapani area, the Montalto white Passivento is a fresh and balanced wine, suitable to accompany appetizers and Mediterranean cuisine
