Spumante B by Donnafugata is a Limited Edition Sparkling Wine that Donnafugata wanted to create through a very small production: only 391 bottles produced.

It is born through a small production of grapes, and its strong point is found in the refinement, which takes place on the yeasts for 86 months. In fact we are talking about a wine that was born in 2013 and has been left to refine for all these years, thanks to this process this Classic Method Sparkling Wine enjoys a truly extraordinary organoleptic complexity.

Its grapes are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, they give the palate fresh and refined hints that leave a savory and aromatic finish in the mouth.

At sight, this Brut Millesimato is bright yellow, while at the nose it is very elegant with aromas of sage, rosemary, currant and plum.

Another really strong point of this Limited Edition Spumante is the label, created through an illustration by Stefano Vitale, who was inspired by medieval codes by re-proposing the woman symbol of all Donnafugata sparkling wines, a very elegant figure who is portrayed in the moment in which he tastes a glass among the vineyards.
