Typical Sicilian biscuits, handcrafted by Forno Monastra, on the Nebrodi Mountains.
These delicious biscuits are traditionally born in Messina, and find their strong point in the crunchiness and in the special almond aroma, embellished with pieces of shelled almonds present inside the biscuit.

They take their name from the way they were prepared in antiquity, in fact, they were cooked at about 50° for two days, inside the stoves, which, by burning the wood, puffed out like "pipes", hence the name "piparedde "
These biscuits are handcrafted, using only the highest quality products, and as much as possible products of the earth, the so-called "km 0"
