?Mood - Frappato by Paolo Calì: a Rosé Spumante made with the Ancestral method, and exclusively from Frappato grapes, which are born above the sands of prehistoric beaches where the sea once beat. On the palate it is very fresh, sapid and with a long persistence. On the nose, however, there are notes of strawberries and raspberries mixed with notes of bitter orange and mandarin.

?Milazzo Classico: one of the best Sicilian bubbles, which has also won the Vinitaly competition, obtaining the Grand Gold Medal in 2012 at Vinitaly in Verona. It is a Spumante Brut of excellence, with an incredible value for money! The color is pale yellow, while the palate is very balanced and persistent. On the nose, however, notes of aromatic herbs, licorice and wild fennel emerge.

This sparkling wine is made with the Martinotti-Charmat method, has a fine and persistent perlage, and on the palate it is intense, fresh and delicate with notes of white fruit and citrus.
