The Hauner farm, located in the beautiful Mediterranean island of Salina, bears the name of the founder Carlo Hauner, painter and designer from Brescia who landed on the island in 1963 and fell in love with it and decided to move and enjoy the wonderful views that only these uncontaminated territories could give away. His passion for wine brought him in a short time to recover and spread some vineyards, bringing the Malvasia delle Lipari natural and passive Doc, an exceptional wine, already highly appreciated in antiquity, as well as an excellent selection of white and red wines.
Malvasia Naturale is a sweet dessert liqueur wine, it bears the name of the vine from which it derives, Malvasia delle Lipari, and its exceptionality is recognized through the Doc, with a production allowed only in the archipelago of the Aeolian islands.
It has a warm golden yellow color, a rich, full and aromatic scent, the sweet and immediate taste, with great flavor and freshness, enveloping and long lasting.
Exceptional accompaniment for Sicilian and non-Sicilian desserts, to try also with blue cheese, seasoned or spicy with mustard or honey.

DESCRIPTION: Intense impact with a splendid golden emerald color. Clear and bright with an excellent consistency. The bouquet is rich, fragrant and wide-reaching: ranging from fresh, ripe fruit like apricots and figs with highlights of lavender and thyme finishing with an underlying note of almond which create a refined overall taste.Sweet and intense flavor but also zesty and fresh. Well-balanced, aromatic, warm and engaging: lingers.
FOOD PARING: Well-suited with rich soft desserts as well as sharp cheeses with notes of herbs.
