HARVEST: Manual, at advanced ripening in the last week of September

VINIFICATION: Pressing of grapes with a high sugar content to pass the precious substances contained in the skins to the must. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and preparation of the tanning by adding only the wine distillate to the wine obtained according to the tradition of Marsala Vergine.

MATURATION: At least 10 years in oak barrels

AGING: At least 2 months in the bottle

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 19.0% by vol

RESIDUAL SUGAR: A few grams per liter
