Sesame is one of the oldest natural food supplements. Rich in beneficial properties thanks to their nutritional composition, they are natural supplements of minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids. In the kitchen they can also be used for breakfast in yogurt, as a dressing for salads, barley, millet, quinoa, legumes and other cereals or to bread crunchy main courses.
