PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND NOTES:
Delicate rosy hue. A fruity aroma, slightly acidic, aromatic and lightbodied.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 11° C.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Tasty fish-based dishes, pasta dressed with mild sauces, light salamis.
