Valle del Grano pasta is produced in the great Sicilian sun, of which it brings color and warmth and is made according to the best Mediterranean tradition.
It was born in the Dittaino Valley, a flat stretch between the provinces of Catania and Enna, famous since the times of the Ancient Romans for the cultivation of durum wheat. In the fertile valleys of the wheat, the sun reaches 45 degrees giving a high quality grain, with an intense yellow color, healthy, tough and with a unique flavor.
The high quality of the semolina, the bronze drawing and the prolonged drying are among the fundamental ingredients of the manufacturing process, which preserves the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of the wheat and which give the pasta its rich taste, its special porosity and the right roughness capable of better retaining the sauce.
