VITUZZA - LIQUEUR BASED ON BRANDY LEMON GREEN AND MINT
The Vituzza was born in Capo d’Orlando, a charming town on the northern coast of Sicily, located between Tindari and Cefalù.
The geographical position, facing the Aeolian Islands, and the microclimate, favor the cultivation of citrus fruits and, in particular, of a flowering of lemon called "verdello" which is one of the fundamental ingredients of the product.
Prepared and bottled by a renowned distillery, known for its experience in the high-quality spirits sector, Vituzza ranks among the Elitè products intended for classy venues. Vituzza Cocktail:
- 5 cl of Vituzza®
- 0.5 cl lime juice
- 12 cl top ginger beer
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 slice of lime
Gelato and Vituzza:
- 2.5 cl of Vituzza®
- Fiordilatte ice cream
Paccheri al Vituzza:
- 400gr of swordfish
- 300gr of paccheri
- 300gr of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 2 purple eggplants
- 30g of pine nuts
- 1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of minced mint
- 5cl of Vituzza®
- Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Golden Vituzza:
- 70 ml of Vituzza®
- 40 ml of white rum
- 30 ml of maraschino
- ½ lime
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 barspoons of pineapple jam and curry
