Caramel Easter Colomba - Nuova Dolceria
This dough comes from an idea of Francesco Manuele, historic master pastry chef and owner of the Nuova Dolceria in Ferla.
This Colomba, handmade with traditional methods, is by far the tastiest Colomba in their line.
Thanks to a very rich dough, made with caramel flakes, caramel gelee, caramelized sugar and salted butter, all covered with a super delicious glaze made with caramelized white chocolate and caramel pralines
