Zagara d'Aliva - The Nuova Dolceria

From an idea of Francesco Manuele, historic master pastry chef and owner of the Nuova Dolceria in Ferla.

Made by hand and made to mix only with natural yeast, is one of the most creative of the Nuova Dolceria, adding oil, but flavoring it with orange and lemon peel.

Inside, in fact, there are not the usual candied fruit, but candied olives, which give a further creative touch.
