What from the outside may seem like a simple coffee dove has thousands of surprises inside, such as whiskey cream, milk and caramel chocolate, espresso coffee, freeze-dried coffee, white chocolate and caramel drops and Millefiori honey from Canicattì!!

A whiskey cream that will leave you speechless, embellished with cocoa, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, beet sugar and 70% alcohol

The cover, on the other hand, is a milk chocolate frosting that will open the doors to the thousand flavors of this dove!

INGREDIENTS: Water, type 0 and type 1 soft wheat flours ground in Italy (EU origin), butter, sugar, category A egg yolk, salt, mother yeast, milk chocolate and caramel, white caramel chocolate drops, espresso coffee, freeze-dried coffee, malt, wildflower honey from Canicattì, vanilla pods from Madagascar, sunflower lecithin.

WHISKEY CREAM: glucose syrup, water, sugar, invert sugar, modified starch, vegetable fat, alcohol 70%, E422 glycerol, E466 carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), E471 mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids, salt, citric acid, beta -carotene, flavourings, whisky, milk cream, cane sugar, beet sugar, cocoa, vanilla, caramel.

molto elegante, anche solo la presentazione era più che buona. Il giorno di Pasqua abbiamo aperto la colomba ed è piaciuta a tutti, mi hanno fatto i complimenti per l'ottima scelta. Era sofficissima, impasto al caffè, crema beailys e croccante sopra al caramello, una bontà.
