Tumminello biscuits are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a Sicilian village of medieval origin in the Madonie, where a family-run artisan workshop over the years becomes a small company, where each product is born in a unique way, respecting traditions and with the choice of best ingredients of our land.

The love and passion for baked goods passed on from generation to generation are indispensable for making traditional, good and genuine biscuits, capable of reviving the authentic taste of old-time biscuits.

This delicious wholemeal biscuits are prepared exclusively with Sicilian flour ground stone of ancient Sicilian grains, variety "Tumminia" (or Timilia) and "Maiorca", flours rich in flavor, goodness and benefits.

In addition to Sicilian flour, only genuine and natural ingredients, raw cane sugar, fresh eggs and extra virgin olive oil of Sicily, to give life to a high quality product inspired by the Sicilian tradition.

Crunchy and crumbly, their unique flavor and their fragrance will take you back to the memories of the old time kitchens.
