SICILIA D.O.P.
Soleggiato is a more unique than rare perpetual wine. It is produced through exposure to the sun of Moscato Bianco grapes that grow in the wonderful Marabino vineyards in Val Di Noto.
Its production defies every oenological rule, in fact, after the fermentation of the sun-dried grapes, this wine is transferred to steel tanks containing perpetual wines from other harvests. After this processing it is exposed to the sun in Demigiane for about a year, and finally it is bottled.
A very long process from which this perpetual Sicilian wine is born which stands out from the others because it is not the usual sweet wine at the end of a meal, but indeed, thanks to its freshness, it is an aperitif or meal wine, where the Moscato, which gains complexity thanks to the oxidative process.
Milazzo NATURE is a Blanc de Blanc made from Chardonnay Milazzo grapes where you can find the perfect synthesis between the best expressiveness of Chardonnay grapes and the combination of terroir and Mediterranean climate.

Obtained from the careful processing of Inzolia and Chardonnay grapes, flanked by 10% of Viognier and 5% of Sauvignon Blanc, we are faced with a Reserve that, although in the name it draws inspiration from Maria Costanza Bianco, is the result of an original path.
With a bright straw yellow color, it is able to perfectly accompany a great variety of dishes based on fish, cheeses and cured meats, vegetables or light meats.

It is an almost exclusive bottle, in fact only 5000 units are produced per year. It is born through a long process which involves fermentation in large French oak barrels and a fermentation that lasts 12 days, finally it is aged in French oak barrels.

Donnafugata Brut 2019, a metodo classico with striking elegance, is characterized by a fine and intense bouquet with fragrances of bread crust and light citrusy scents (lemon peel). Sensational Chardonnay, macerated at low temperature in concrete tanks, fermented in white oak barriques and aged for 6 months in oak tonneaux, with weekly batonnage.
A clear wine, straw yellow in color with amber reflections. It is granted to the nose with notes of acacia honey, chamomile flowers, vanilla and orange blossom.
